Anyone up for a fitness challenge?

I’m going to start these tomorrow, to complement my Mountain Goat Run training.  Would anyone be interested in joining me?  imageimage

  3. Just finished day 3, even though today is day 4. I didn’t get to it yesterday (but I did run 4 miles), so today’s rest day is actually day 3 for me. I will jump into day 5 tomorrow morning. Partygirl, feel free to jmo in wherever it makes sense:).

    • Still doing this. It’s funny because last night I hadn’t done it yet. I jumped out of bed and got it done. Sobriety is making me honest….about absolutely everything! Enjoy your day:)
